i actually did submit online not paper based. The documents I submitted were uploaded in the portal. I don’t understand why they say they didn’t receive them as they are with the application and can view it. But, I found out my own answer, that no I don’t need a new account, they let you edit...

October 28. Just had my application returned saying documents are missing and signatures missing. They are clearly there in my application. I quadruple checked and had a friend go over everything as well. It’s clearly there and was uploaded. Do I know have to redo a whole new portal account?

I had my husbands application returned today. It states it’s missing the checklist, signatures and family dependent forms but they are all there with the application. I’m so upset. Do I now have to make a whole new portal account? This is so frustrating
