This means you are not quick enough. While you are trying somebody else already got that slot

I still didnt do anything. Why file is transferring to different Vo? Maybe they will issue your ecopr soon thats why it transferred

I will try Kai method if it doesnt come tomorrow. Some people says kai method works. It means sending message to all vo centers. We r not lucky thats why all of others got ecopr last week except us. anyway hopefully we get it this week.

Yes thats GCMS. Did you pay 5$ ? It takes couple weeks to get answer.

Most of applicants who already got portal emails or ecopr had pre arrivals between june to ictober.
