May 19, 2017. How do you know that they have stopped the intake? you said thats the message you're getting. did you get that message from your OINP e-filing portal?

I've got a master's degree and IELTS: Overall Band 8.5, Listening 8.5, Reading 7.5, Writing 8.0, Speaking 9.0. And 6 years of working exp in the last 10 years. NOC 3142. I'm not sure why I didn't get ITA today.

Is this the end of road for OINP HCP stream for this year? My CRS is 450 and they have sent ITA for scores above 413 today. I did not get ITA from federal draw today. What should I do to get the ITA from the federal draw? withdraw the profile and resubmit?
