The stuff I filled in before ITA won't carry through to the actual application after ITA?

I updated my profile last night, but since then, the status has become updated but not submitted!!! I couldn't even find the "Continue" button down there, there's only"Save and Exit". That's the only time I've encountered this problem. Anyone has any solutions? Thanks in advance!!!
