I don't think it will take two months or even a month to transfer. I got SA June27 and on the applicant side (ecas) it says "started processing" by July6.

Agree! tyrionLannister, this is not the first time that PR card got delayed. You are not the first person to encounter this issue. Some people where even ask for a new set of photos while all along they taught that PR card is on the way. It would have been great if you've done your research...

I think pwede. Wala naman limitasyon ang proof of relationship as long as maipapakita ng proof na talagang mag-asawa kayo out of love and not for immigration purposes yan. First time ko nabasa yan dito and I think magandang proof yan.

It doesn't matter whether your wife uses her married or maiden name in the application as long as her name on your marriage certificate matches her birth certificate name. It might be a different scenario but I use my maiden name to sponsor my husband (applicant) and I passed the sponsorship...

It is normal that it says "in process" in sponsor side even you finish SA already. I read somewhere in this forum that it stays that way almost until the end of the application processing.
