I crossed checked with ICICI Bank @ Hyd....informed that i hv ICICI a/c in India as well as in Canada. ..they can issue BD....

I dont think to open NRI a/c on any bank.......If i have already a/c on any bank suppose XYZ...and XYZ has Ferox and International Bank Draft facility..Then XYZ can easily provide me CAD Bank Draft....this is my understanding.....

I think, ICICI have international Bank Draft devision...They can provide me.. Any one has similar experience...Welcome to share...
