MY DMP mentioned that if the eyesight is 6/6 & 6/9 then there is no need for any specs prescription. However 6/12 and above will need specs(obviously) and in that case you will have to carry your prescription. If you are able to see clearly & comfortably, i don't see the need for eyesight...

You will have an eye test, general checkup, blood and urine test, chest x-rays and the doctor will ask you questions about your past medical history. The options are a. Tuesdays (as mentioned in the website) b. Thursdays (according to my experience) c. Monday Wednesday & Fridays (according to what i have seen on this forum) d. Saturday & Sundays ( I have seen few DM Cases) However whims & fancies seems to be the right answer for your question
