Any news from fellow July applicants?? There has been a long silence and nothing seems to be moving. :(

We got the email from our graduate office in english and french both for the program, so I think Quebec students can apply. Also the program deemed similar in Quebec is only if you have graduated and have intermediate level french. So doors closed for majority of students from english...
