Good News Everyone.... Just received the passport with visa stamped today from USPS....... Excited....Hurrah... :) :D :D One step closer to Canada Immigration.. Good luck to everyone...

I have emailed LA consulate for passport return update and was notified that it will take another two weeks for them to mail the passport back. It seems bizare as somebody in the past went to LA consulate and got the passport on same day with visa. Lesson learned from my end is to if possible...

Have you recieved Medical Request/AOR yet or not...It is taking ~4-5 months from completing the medical for a PPR request...I will advise you to look at the tracking sheet in this forum..

Looking at the spread sheet and past data i think it takes between 2-3 weeks from recipet of the passport..

Yes I had 60 days to send the passport from the date i recieved the email....But it also mentioned in the email that: "As the validity of your visa(s) has been already been established and is limited to a fixed date, it CANNOT be extended under any circumstances", which is based on the medical...
