I just applied by myself -- no consultant. Thanks for the info. I thought CIO cant be emailed or I cant call them, its only now that I learned they have an email address.. Thank you so much. I am just wondering what happened to my application. *crossed fingers* I Hope they will respond. :(

I submitted my application March 2011 through courier. I tracked it down, and it was received 2 days after, March 29, 2011. I have been waiting for AOR from the CIO -- checked my email / spam everyday but still no reply from them until now(after 6-7 months). My bank draft is already expired...
