Dear Tania , looking at the spread sheet it seems as LVO is working in a very unpredictable fashion! ??? .....sometimes it seems as visas are NOC specific...like a few pharmacists like lucky got their visas processed very quickly like the NVDO applicants!....now a days a few doctors with noc...
