Hang in there Nev, I had the same frustrations, 19 months it took them to sort through our file and not once did they request any additional documentation, only the necessary stuff (meds, police clearance as they expired). If I can offer one bit of encouragement it is to not let this process...

I'm estimating hubby should get it back today but it could be tomorrow. I carefully reviewed your posts when you saw your status change online and address change and it was literally 1-2 days after that, so I'm hoping for the same. :D
