Processing times for online application for BOWP shows 7days. Does it mean 7 business days? or just Monday to Monday? And 7days shoud be counted from the date modified like on 20th of Nov.? It has been 8 days since I applied through online but no message yet. Thank you.

Hello, I applied for BOWP on Nov. 19th. And I just saw the processing time for work permits was down to 7 days from 18 days. Here is my question. What is the new temporary resident visa? Is it related to BOWP? BOWP takes only 7days to be issued? or 13days? Thank you.
