So was going through the POB for next week and of course C6 is not on it..and was wondering what's the whole point of POB if things can change at the drop of a hat w.r.t what is discussed in parliament..i mean why the whole charade..chagger said Bill C6 will be discussed say next week so...

In My Humble Opinion

Totally agree in case of the guy who asked the query..he says he has completed 2 years as of today..so assuming c-6 becomes law tomorrow it would mean the 5 years in consideration are 9th June 2017,16,15,14,13 to 9th June 2012..and he needs to have 1095 days in total with days in years 2014...

So is the discussion supposed to happen tomorrow in HoC..is that on track..I think I read some statement from a politico on this thread?...Fingers crossed..

see this is what i call speculation..give me one good reason why a government department like CIC have an agenda of it's own to care or not care about would-be-citizens..ADM of the the department reports to the concerned deputy minister or minister..ultimately if the minister orders that times...

You have assumed the world here my friend..and i am sure lot of it is incorrect as far as number of applications that will be submitted for citizenship and the time delay there in: 1. Because the costs of the citizenship applications have increased it will not be easy for say even a family of 4...

Question for you..so you are saying you came to Canada on a PR as a family doc and now u want citizenship so that u can go to USA get ur degree and come back and practice in Canada again albeit in a diff specialization
