Yes sorry my mistake, it was actually July.24. So it was closer to 6 weeks for me to receive the passport back.

You should probably get it back in 4-5 weeks. Singapore received my passport Aug.28 and I just got it back yesterday.

In the letter it states... "After submitting the passport(s), photos and Appendix B to our office please allow one (1) month for the return of your passport(s). Do not contact our office to enquire about the status of your application until after one (1) month has passed."

Visa application, tracking ID No.*********** is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, Singapore.

Who do we need to contact about the status of our passport after sending it to VO for visa stamp ? It's been over a month now with no update.

I sent mine in from VFS Hanoi on the 22nd (Monday) and got an email on the 24th (Wednesday) stating that VFS Singapore has received it. And then another email on the 26th (Friday) stating that its been "received" and "under process" at the IRCC Singapore office.
