Interestingly enough they had 80 less spousal cases and 113 less overall family class applications than last year but their processing went up by 5 months.. that's 1/5 less cases and almost 1/3 more time required to complete LESS FILES! lol something is not adding up..

.. keeping calm is a little difficult.. maybe easy for some people to say who are form visa exempt countries and can visit their spouse and be together at any time while waiting for PR.. but it is not the same if you spouse is basically banned from even visiting you :S/ .. this is HELL..

I think when i applied the approval for the sponsor was 35 days or something and it only took them 10. I think that portion will be done faster than 2 months.. i cant say much about part 2 as i am still impatiently waiting :S

I think you have been patient enough and if I were you i would not think twice about contacting them.. i emailed them the other day and in the reply they said processing may take up to 13 months ( not 14..).. i know this can be a simple copy paste but if they are putting this in their emails...
