It depends upon the visa office. NDVO always sends AOR through email. But you have nothing to worry, your file is in process, so thats a good sign, just hope for the best. Best of luck.

I got my AOR by email. My Ecas status has my address and when i click "in process" it states we received your application for permanent residence on March 23, 2012.

My address first appeared yesterday morning. Once i log in, the first page shows "your current mailing address" under that "to change this mailing address contact us", and then below that "in process", if i click it then only one line appears " we received your application for permanent...

Hi babbu.mann, yes the address appears in my case. In my ECAS, above the "in process" message, it is showing my complete home address... is this abnormal?....how come no one else is having status like this???
