How do you "Contact Ontario Directly"? Do you simply submit your application after receiving the NOI (which indicates your interest) or do you contact them via telephone or email to let them know you are accepting before submitting your application?

Hey! Same thing happened to me. I got an email a couple days ago saying I have job matches, then today I got an email saying I need to sign in but I too have been locked out as I can't remember my password.

They do not need a study permit, esp if they are under the age of 6yrs. I won't be applying for a study permit for my sons...just a TRV.

That's why I went paper...saw too many persons complaining.

That is exactly why. They will not issue a visa for a longer period if your passport will expire soon.

I applied on June 17th and got my email last Friday so it was three weeks exactly. Mine was paper based though.

I think it's a TRV. I have two sons and while trying to submit an application online they asked for the schools they were accepted in (study permit route). They are 2 & 4yrs and weren't accepted in any school. I had to stop the application.

Same here. Someone here posted this question and someone replied that he did not cancel his EE profile and still got his student visa.

What is VAC? Please forgive me...not too keen on the acronyms. I have a coworker whose wife applied 2 weeks before her program started. He said they included a letter explaining the urgency.

I really don't know. I've seen people vouch for online as well as paperbased. I personally know persons in Jamaica who went paper and got it in less than two weeks.

I got accepted to 3 colleges in Ontario for Sept 2016 and have since selected one. I am married with 2 boys and wish to take them with me. I know I've seen this question a lot but I have not seen a complete answer. My gut is telling me apply as a family as I don't want to leave my young kids...

I've heard a lot of persons advising against going as a family. I am in the same boat right now. We've decided that I will apply first. I don't want to leave my husband and kids so I don't know what I'll do if I get approved and they are refused. :( Have you decided yet?
