hi arkitekpaul! i'm glad mi kasama akong pinoy sa forum nato.. i'm also a newbie... also waiting for the PER, CIO received my docs last April 20.. I'm in SG but my VO in manila.. No idea if naencash na ung processing fee ko coz I send a bank draft.. need to check with the bank in my case...

I'm a newbie here.. i send my docs just last week April 13 and as I tracked it, it's in Canada already but haven't arrived in CIC yet.. let's just hope for the best.. Only God knows what our future holds.. :)
