I did my test in Vancouver on April, and still In Process. Vancouver is slow in general.

Same for me in Vancouver. In Process since April test, and the officer told me the Oath will be in 3-5 months. Let me know if you receive any update in your Application.

What phone number did you call? They keep saying I am within the 1 year timeline and did not giving me any update.
