Hi all, I just called the call center. After two unsuccessfull calls, a lady answered. First she waived to give me my UCI and I urged her by telling about the situation. She checked my details and found nothing. The point is that she confirmed that having UCI does not signify falling into cap.

Did you have your UCI from previous visits to Canada or is it the first time UCI?

The problem is that ECAS is not a realtime system. It is updated regularly. If you fall in the third kind of people having UCI, you have to wait for it to be updated. And if it is updated but your cc is not yet charged so you have to wait for the next update till your cc is charged and then ECAS...
