    No. I never received any ghost update. IP2 was on the 25th Oct. From my GCMS notes, I found out my file which was originally at London VO, was transferred to Kiev.

    Yes. Based on my GCMS notes which I ordered on the 12th September, my file was transferred to Kyiv VO on the 2nd of August. Though it was originally at London VO, but no activity was done on it at LVO apart from all the initial assessment at CIO.
