Guys, i have emailed the embassy regarding change of address 1 month and a half ago, and my address still did not change on my ecas. Does any one know how long does it usually take them to change it? should i email them and ask them about it?

My work offer is still there, i still didn't decide if i am going to go or not. As for Canadian embassy in Beirut, i didn't contact them and i am not intending on doing so because they strictly said not to contact them at current time. Best luck to you too and to every1

Yes, we all got didn't get a new file number, but just wondering why do we have file number that starts with an F, while others have file numbers thats start with a B!!

Well bbccanada, If there was no problem in the interview, you will be getting the visa soon. Was your application transferred to CPP-Ottawa after you got sponsorship acceptance?

Yeah same with me..i have been told if we don't have a file number that starts with a B then apparently the embassy didn't start processing our file yet :(...sorry for the bad news!!

Are you sure i don't have to inform the Canadian embassy in Beirut that i have changed my address until 6 months of me being in Dubai? I didn't get the question about my work in UAE and my Canadian Visa, can you please explain?

I just got accepted for a job in Dubai, and they are sending me a work permit. Does anyone know if that will affect my case? Will it delay my application if i lived in another country?
