mine was the 23rd may application but was returned on 26th july. you application should have been processes few weeks ago. I would email CIC and keep my fingers crossed.

Email CIC at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca with you name, Bate of birth, and date received. They will reply you in two to four weeks. i emailed them on 7-18 and got a reply on 8-14 , which was about a month.

Re: DISTURBING TRENDS Agree, FAQ is a much better option. It would be easy to read through all the question and answers and don't have worry about your question not being answered sometime.

It was regular mail without any tracking info. Sorry... we all have to wait until we get it.

All the supporting documents were all there. Yes, they sent it back just because of old schedule 3. Hi Newest - I though about sending the updated form but figured I would get the documents in a week. Also waited out to see if I was missing any other docs.

It came via USPS in a brown envelope. They mailed it thorough Canada post.

Newest- From what I have seen from the forum and things I saw in my documents. Everything in the documents were checked with red mark including the schedule 3, guessing my the inspector. And they probably kept it aside. Most of the May 22nd applicants were getting their CC's charged around July...

My documents reached CIC on May 22nd. I sent it from USA. The CIC letter inside was dated July 18th and I received the documents back on July 26th.

I just called them, the representative told me to email them them if it is more than 6 weeks and gave me Citizenship_and_Immigration_Canada@cic.gc.ca email address. he said they don't have access to the files. Is he bull shitting me?

I sent it on May 14th from USA via USPS who did not give me a tracking number. I am assuming it would have been reached on May 17th if not 20th.
