You're almost there (getting +1, :D) So, what you're saying is that if I'm a Marketing Coordinator right now and get another job as, I don't know, HR Manager, or Homestay Coordinator, because the NOC and duties would be different that wouldn't meet the requirements?

Hi, I would like to know if the one-year full-time experience (or the equivalent in part-time work) needs to be with the SAME employer or if I can still apply if I worked 6 months full-time for company A and 6 for company B, and assuming both jobs meet the NOC requirements? Many thanks!
