Same thing happened to me. I ordered notes on January 31st and received them on 28th Feb but the extracted date was Feb 5 and location of my file was Islamabad. I think they moved our files to London office in mid Feb.

Means current location of your file is Islamabad, not London. Can you check what date the extracted the notes on? As most of files transferred to London in mid or late Feb.

I want to know if your file has been transferred to London or not? I am Aug 2012 applicant and not sure about the location of my file. Thinking about ordering notes again.

The only reason why I got remedical so early is because my first medical expired in March 2013 and as per notes it was the same time when my file was transferred to Islamabad.

You can get an english version of the Nikah Nama from your concerned union council office. You just have to show them the original one. And no need to attach anything as this one will be issued by NADRA and this marriage certificate is equivalent to the original nikah nama.

Hello ASyed, did you confirm what that package include? You never know it could be a remedical requiest as CHC is very unpredictable. Anyways at this stage receiving something from CHC is a good sign, it means they are working on your case.
