Hey Myrah, we are in same boat. My hubby's passport was also requested on July 19 2013. Looks like 19 is luck for you. According to chinese "9" is very lucky. It's my b'day next week on 19, hoping to hear some good news about my file.

Hi, If you are going on a tourist visa on a single entry you may stay upto 6 months only. As far as PIO and CIO are concerened, for that I do not have much knowledge. You can check with the Indian cosular and visa services office in your city, they will provide you with all the information.
