Noo if u were dependent A when the application was filed, u wont be asked proof of continuous studies ; It's just applicable to Dependent B (Over 22 years of age at the time of application filed) ..So u dont need to worry about it..

LOL if thats the case, each and every applicant would have been screwed :P.. Because some people not only check once a day but thrice a day too! :P..

Hunny007: Well if New delhi has particularly asked for ur brothers xray then he should do the xray only.. Try to insist the DMP , show them the letter that it clearly mentions that just ur bro has to get the xray done . But if they say no both ur mom and brother has to get it done, Go ahead...

Their is no time limit as to how much time the ND keeps the passports.. Unfortunately their is no rule for it too.. An applicant passport is with ND since an year! So u can imagine how messed the system is! ??? Anyways but they cannot hold so many passports and let the medicals just expire, as...

Nobody know's how much time its going to take.. Many people are in the same boat from New Delhi.. Some people sent their passports in oct 2012, some nov , some december and they all are still waiting for the decision made status and paasports aswell.. Hey hunny007.. I called the IMO office(Where i got my medicals done) and asked them about the sputuum result and whether the results have been mailed to new delhi or not. So you can call and ask them too..
