Hi, Mine is june 2012 case (wife) and got remedical in july 2013. it makes no difference to get remedical earlier, as I saw peoples get remidical and passport request at the same time. and even it solved earlier who get remedical request earlier... I guess they are working to issue visas and...

It was not special any thing in my email just a simple to know the process, but I guess, when time was remedical they thought to reply. I think they dont care who and what we are writing. Lets hope for the best. Inshah Allah soon we will get our queries. thanks
