My Mom is a canada PR holder. She sent all notarized copies even though they asked for copies. I guess by copies they mean notarized by default. But then I do not understand what is this certified true copy means if this means notarized as well. Well maybe copies are just plain copies without...

Hi All, Does anyone have an idea on how long it might take for the NOC 2174 cap to be filled up? I am receiving my ECA tomorrow on May 11th and will be applying then it self. My application might reach there by 15th. But is it worth sending or will it be filled up by then? Any thoughts...
