Mine is not a nikkah only case and my wife stayed with me for most part. She went back 4 months ago and i got remed request on aug 16 2014 which they submitted on 6th sept and i applied in aug 2012. Ecas is inprocess. She'll comeback in November if i dont get ppr soon.

so 2013 people getting pprs now. Wheras 2012 people are still waiting. My medical was submitted on Sep 6th, applied in aug 2012. Still havent heard anything. I dont know whats wrong :)

This is messed up. Someone who got married almost a year and a half after me is done with the process and i am still here waiting. Is there a check on them or something?

Apparently they are only entertaining wife cases for now. Too much for Gender Discrimination. :(

Nope. Just the remed. Online status is in-process

I did my remed on aug 28th,2014. Applied in aug 2012. Havent heard anything yet. Its a husband case, hopefully they send something soon.

Congratulations bud. Is it a husband case? I understand what you mean. I got married in Feb 2012 but applied in August. I got a remed on Aug 16 and got done with it on Aug 28th. Hoping to hear something really soon, Looking at all the august cases being dealt with nowadays.

Almost all the people who got PPrs in the last month or so are Wife cases.

Could be please give us the detail as to when you got the remed, when did the online status change etc. I am an Aug 2012 applicant too and gave my remed on Aug 28.

Re: Spousal Application Timing plays a lot of part too i think. If you are asked for a remed after 24-26 months then that means that they have gone through everything already but then again You cant be sure.
