I sent OINP an email and got this reply. It can be concluded from this email that they are taking upto 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of application but they still seem to be missing their deadlines. Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)...

yeah thats the reality. Did you try and send them a email? it says that they do answer emails after 90 days of receipt.

Wow. That's crazy. Anyways. Thanks I thought it was 90 days from the receipt of application. It's what they say in their FAQs. Let's see.
