Thanks for the reply; what if the shortage is because of an error in calculation and if shortage is just 2 to 3 days from 1095 days (applied prior to Jun 11, 2015).

However, when you get the second ATIP report, it does show that ATIP was first requested. It's is shown under incoming correspondence.

Test covers only the canadian knowledge part. Language is asssed in the interview.

I have a strange ATIP record showing that I was issued RQ in Dec2015 of which a response was received by CIC in Jan2016. However, I never received any RQ. Even in the test and interview (held in Dec2015) CO did not mention anything about RQ and told that i am good on days. Still waiting; ECAS...

No it does not effect the case at all; first of all it is your right to get any information pertaining to your case per the Canadian law which is why CIC is giving you its access, secondly had it been impacting the case negatively, they would not have allowed anyone such access. I my self have...
