Thank you for your response nnik. Yes I am still living in USA. I am planning to submit my application for Permanent Residency without PC from FBI and apply for PC with FBI. Once I get PC from FBI or once CIC asks me to provide PC I will be sending them. Hopefully it works. Thanks skumar
