No it doesn't work like that. You still go ahead and file your taxes. They should put zeros in your husbands sin number. Cra will send you a letter asking for information regarding his world income prior to coming to canada. At least this is how it worled for me. I received money back as he is...

Well I am Inland July 30th so thats close enough to talk in here!!! :D Actually our application was received July 8th and began proessing on July 30th! Glad to see that some 2013's are getting AIP now......hopefully things will be moving along quickly from now on. Good luck everyone!!!
