I think the reference is to the IELTS test being 6 hours, not the process to create a profile... If so I agree. As a native speaker it was a long 6 hours!

I would have thought the second option. You have two credentials and one is 3 years, so you'd get the extra points. If it was for me that's what I'd pick.

I'd have to agree. I would of thought that if the cut off was to drop under 700 then it would have to drop below 600. Anything in the range of 600 - 700 would mean an applicant has a very low life skill points...
