I didn't ask for anything...She first told me to wait until the website updates and if I don't receive any emails I have to call them again. And then before I hang up she said she can give me my file number if I want to and I said sure. She knew my application was received on 27th though...

No. they told me that they have received my application and that they are working on it and they gave me a file number...I will call them again in a week or as soon as the Application process page updates...

Congratssss! So you haven't received any Emails or mails yet? You just confirmed it over phone? I haven't received AOR but when I called them this morning I was told they have received my application and they gave me my file #!

Finally I called them...They were able to tell me they have received my application and they gave me my file number...And I was told to call them back when the date shown on the website (25th now) is passed the date they have received my application (27th)! So still waiting...

Can anyone tell me how to call this number and talk to an agent? There is no agent option! The other options need application number which I don't have it yet!

I am going to call them tomorrow...hopefully I don't have to stay on the line for a long time since i will be at work...Who knows Skystar maybe you call and they tell you they have already sent you the AOR and for whatever reason either you didn't get it or they sent it to the wrong Email, etc...

That tells me it's all about the officer...Some are easy some are tough...you never know, maybe your officer was on vacation for 10 days or so...Maybe he didn't like your organization and he put your application aside so he can finish a few easier ones before he gets back to yours....It can be...

What I think is like any other government organization, they give a pile of applications to an officer....some of them are fast and easy you see they just pass and send confirmation emails and some are slower and more difficult. It takes some officers to process 1 application per day and others...

Still it's the same thing! If it takes them 85 days to start processing nov 25th applications, then because you are the 25th nov applicant you should see a response withing 85 days after your application was received....and just a couple of days or few days before i get my SA...And don't forget...

Why dont you call them? I got busy today but i wish i had called :( now i have to deal with this not knowing all weekend....on the website it says call if the time shown there is more than the time when we sent our application...85 days? I am over that now...i was really hoping to see it today...
