I did upfront medical check so I'm not quite sure when was the MP, no dependent. i asked if i have to do another medical the agent said medical expired doesn't mean i hace to do another, as long as i passed.

just called IRCC and talked to agent, mine was received Oct 13 2017 and nothing after the medical, the lady on the phone says the back ground check already started but haven't completed yet... and the application will be reach the 19 month period on 1 June 2019... waiting is all I can do now

you will be able to continue working in Canada but you can't renew your SIN now, not till you get new work permit. Your will get a one year BOWP, usually takes 3 months

Apply BOWP and extend you status, even you are very close to get your PPR you still need get extension to have you status legally to stay in Canada, you can call CIC first but they will give you the same answer... I been on that stage too, that's what they told me

no my case was cancelled once, there is some document missing but you didn't upload on time, case was cancelled by cic

My friend got PPR yesterday and their application is received on nov 1 2017.... sometime I really don't get how the cic doing their application, I applied in Oct still no update :(

Yes I think so too, and it cost you $155 plus $100 for BOWP, if you are positive I will suggest you start Jan 2019 or even bit later than that see if you could get PPR before that. :)
