you have to get CAQ prior applying for SP. apply for it ASAP. u can apply for so with its PDF copy also. it tale min 1 month for CAQ. u need to rush.

now they have changed the condition. there is nothing like independent status now. don't worry.

yes.. you may get visa if %age above 60%.. but nothing is assured.. give it a try.. 6.3 cgpa doesn't mean 63%.. its less than 60 I guess... you need to work on it
