hello dear, 10th and 12th certificate is valid if both parents name and date of birth is written on the certificate, and you should also include affidavit from your side write date of birth and place of birth and your parents name. i am sure about it , i confirmed this from sinp office. cheers

hello manubobby i have sent my file to cio on nov. 2012, but today i notice that my surname is not written on nomination letter recieved from sinp, they just write my middle name as surname, is this will effect my file or what can i do? Regards Gurdev
