I second this. Having a UCI is a good sign, isn't it? Can you tell us what the letter says? Does it say the application is rejected?

Not trying to be rude, mate, but please DO try to go through a few pages before posting a question. We know the cap numbers have been updated, we know that the page says the status is "as of May 4, 2013", but we ASSUME that the numbers are actually for May 6 - 7.

But that doesn't make much sense, since they wouldn't have received any applications on May 4th - the package wouldn't have reached them on that day, besides it was a Saturday.
