Hi everyone, congrats to all who received AOR, can I ask same question again "are new rules getting applied regarding applications going to any country for quicker completion than your country of citizenship for processing - I guess I wanted to know if things have changed with new rules" did...

Congrats to people who got their SA. Can anybody tell me to which country their files were sent for further processing as per new rules of CIC all applications will be sent to different visa offices to speed up the process.
