I find they update it after midnight but say it was updated the previous day, I'm hoping the date has changed by morning.

I really hope it come this week! I been telling people should be this week for 2 weeks now. Lol but the dates on cic website stay at Oct 5 ::) I'm praying for this week.

We called our MP to see if there was anything they could do to move us along at all, and they said unfortunately this wasnt the first time they heard of CIC "not receiving" things and sending back the application and it was our word against their employee and they would side with their employee.

no we paid at the bank and sent in the receipt, when we returned the application we had to send in a copy of our receipt which was dated May 18th 2012 to prove we paid it.

I know it sucks, they originally had stamped June 1st on the application, we were very upset to find out they wouldn't do anything for us when we sent it back in. They told us it was our word against theirs as to weather the receipt was in there or not. Ugh, oh well we will hopefully soon have...

They did the same thing to us, our receipt was 100% in the application when we first mailed it in June, it was returned to us in October and we sent it back the next day. Sorry to say, but your dates Yill be reset to whenever you mailed it back in.

Thanks for the reply! His children live with his parents, their mother doesn't really have much to do with them, their passports and medicals are done, so hopefully it wont take too long to get them here, we miss them like crazy and cant wait to have them with us. My hubby has been volunteering...

Getting impatient, lol they updated the processing times date online, but the date of the apps they are working on didn't change. Keeping my fingers crossed next week is our week for AIP!!!

That's what I'm hoping. The sooner the better, I can't wait to get my girls here so we can finally all be together. They really miss their daddy.

Oh I didn't realize I had posted on here before, sorry my mistake. We did originaly submit it early on, but they returned it because they lost our payment recipt. So our dates were reset to October.
