I sent all the old forms. I was worried that I would have to redo them all, but my lawyer told me not to worry as long as my application was revived before the end of March. My application was received Feb 1 and I got the approval. So you are good also =)

Thank you for your answer. My husband was approved on Aprl 20 (and that's when they sent my file to Moscow), but I received the news on Aprl 23, so it has been 18 days since the approval. I really hope they already have my file.

Guys, I have a question regarding proof of intent to return. Since my husband was approved as my sponsor, do we still need to worry about proof to return? In the VO they will only assess me (person being sponsored), right? or do they also look at my husbands documents? Thank you for your help...

Hey guys. Just want to share good news with you, my husband was approved as a sponsor on 23/04/2012. Our package was received in Mississauga on Feb 1, 2012. Just to clarify we are not going through Quebec. Hope this lifts up your spirits =)
