I hope that is the case. However, it looks like nobody without QA call (who applied under OPNP after May) has seen any progress on their case. However, nobody has received any communication or file back, right?

Yes, I think they have singled us out and will process later or reject watever applies!

Its same for all except that the ones that got QA call. All the progress has been on the ones that got QA call. Me Aug applicant and I havn`t received any QA call nor AOR. :(
