Courier I think is irrelevant, just pick the cheapest :P I used my home address coz I was not represented by an agent. It took only a week for them to send it back via DHL, It's courier collect which means you have to pay them before they release the document, only a few bucks. Thanks! 67points

Anong certificate ang tawag dun, ano sasabihin ko sa LTO? Is it true na ang LTO license natin eh pwede gamitin sa calgary in 3 months dun pag dating?
