Employer Interview on -june2012 Applied Lmo - july 2012 Received Lmo-nov 2012 contract finished/came back from singapore-dec 2012 Applied at vfs, chennai-jan 4th 2013...

I have applied on May 14th...enquired cic about delay too...but no reply...

My freind too had similar experience...1st he applied in jan, no response until may....Then he re-filed the visa on the same month...got visa in two months...but he got the visa on basis of details applied on jan...aslo received visa fee -refund , which he paid while re-submitting....landed in...

i too agree this.....They should indicate atleast status of the application with regards to online process.

I have been rejected twice ....Thereafter i applied 3rd time on may 14th with strong SOP Since then i have been waiting for the reply....no idea....wats gng with CIC.....

No dude...actually i have applied through representative [consultant]...i never get any reply.....my consultant people said, due to strike its delaying....

Hi Do as per instructions given by them.... They also called ur prev.employer,and they received proper answers....coz i feel calling your prev.employer s more important than you..They must come to an conclusion that ur file is genuine....so dont worry ,u will get the visa....

Reasons for rejection Not able to demonstrate tht i meet the requirements of job adequately..... 2nd time also same reason as above.... Since i was having arround 7yrs of experiences including in singapore, cruise liners etc... But donno the reason of my rejection...any how some of my...
