Hello i m applying second times but this time online. It shows i have to pay for biomatric fingerprint . I didn't see section to let them know this is second time i m applying. Please let them know what is processing about biomatric for second time and i have to go to vac to do biomatric again?

Thank you, cause first time when i apply by paper they denied cause they said we didn't send financial letter's visitor.but this time I decided to apply online , this time online didn'nt show me section for financial letter's visitor . And i scare now maybe they will deny again with same reason.
