Hello Everyone, I have one question....If i apply under CEC and receive AOR..does it mean that i fall under the CAP of 8000 applications...or there is a still chance that cic can return my file on future date saying that the overall cap has been reached??

I know this is one month old query...But it might help you if you still want an additional copy... Once you give the test...IELTS sends you one original copy...However, during your application for the IELTS test, you can request for one more copy by stating "immigration Copy" on the application...

Obviously you should pursue your studies as you have spent a lot of money and time on it...legal hehp does work in these cases...but first of all you should take help of an expert or consultants in your country....

Everyone has different opinion...centinnial might be the oldest college...but the faculty there is not good...i will adivise for Humber...the faculty and the infrastructure is very good.

I thonk haider is right...you should not show ur connections in canada to be ona safer side...the visa officer might think that you will not return to your home countryafter your studies...

Not completing your studies on time due to withdrwal or u failed in some courses has made the visa officer believe that you are not a bonafide student....in these cases, it is very tough to get visa....i think you should take the help of a lawyer or an expert or a consultant.....

It my be that the the High commission has sent you the same letter by mistake....but to be on the safer side...i will advise you to consult with the DMP once....
