if u living in canada ,just put ur canadian address in the form thats all .no other document required. Just the main form and the 2 consent forms ( one as u the principal and the other as ur wife allowing u to get access to the file) fill ,sign,scan and email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca the...

long story short. i had applied in early 2011 when emp reference letter was not mandatory in the document chklist ...gave the explanation letter ,t4 ,notice of assesement etc .. in july 2011 the checklist changed making this letter mandatory .got medicals in sep ...then in jan got status...

requested on march 21st ,notes generated on 24th . got them today . last time i did the information act and it took 1 month .. so i wud say go with the privacy act ( what i did this time ) its fast and free as well cheers

just got back my GCMS notes .. they say ,medical passed ,criminality passed ,eligibility passed ..I sent my medicals on 9th feb ,status was updated to passed on 22nd march as per the GCMS notes. ALso for Security it says : Activity Type: Security Status : Updated date : updated by :GM01192...

even my meds were received on 12th feb by cic and statsu on ecas changed to medicals received this week end. No update yet on ppr or rprf !! cheers

based on the fact that my medicals were received by ottawa on 12th( DMP gave me the tracking number ) and my status changed to Medicals received yest ,I would say that this means they have already accessed the results ,weather ok or not we will know based on the next request ... cheers
